2. Gather supplies.

You’ll need fake eyelashes, white eyeliner, blush, an eyebrow pencil and foundation.
3. Moisturize.

A good base is never flakey. I’m using Mario Badescu’s A.H.A and Ceramide Moisturizer.
4. Create a smooth base.

If you aren’t blessed with doll-like porcelain skin, foundation is your best friend. Ardency Inn’s Custom Coverage Concentrate doubles as a concealer too. Apply fake lashes and line your lower waterline using white eyeliner to open up your eyes. I’m using Barry M’s Kohl Pencil.
Fill in brows if necessary. We’re going easy on the eye makeup because these eternal pre-teens have yet to venture into smokey eyes.
6. Apply blush.

Don’t be afraid to be heavy handed. I’m using a coral cream formula by 3CE from SokoGlam .
9. Apply freckles.

The final and most important step are the freckles. Using a brown pencil, go to town. I’m using Anastasia Brow Wiz in Medium Ash, which I also used on my eyebrows.
11. Add a wig and you’re good to go.

Want to be American Girl’s Samantha Parkington? Bangs and bow will do the trick. OK, so Samantha didn’t have freckles, but let’s just go with it.
