Obama asks UN speakers not named ‘Obama’ to avoid exceeding allotted time

President Obama is participating in meetings at the United Nations today, and is working to keep things on schedule while he chairs a Security Council meeting:

Earlier in the day, speaking to the General Assembly, Obama made an exception to the request for brevity because there was a speaker he wanted to hear more from:
