Weeks before 27-year-old Amber Davis died of cervical cancer, she contacted her friend Heidi with a special request. After she was gone, she wanted her to take pictures of her daughter, Nora, wearing her wedding dress.
Amber hoped that the photos would serve as keepsakes for her young daughter to remember her by. Incredibly, even while this mom was fighting for her life, she was thinking of others. Sadly, the young, loving woman lost her battle with cancer in 2015.
One year later, Heidi brought four-year-old Nora to the venue where her parents were married to take some very special photographs.
She wore her mom’s wedding dress, rings, and earrings.
Amber even dried her bouquet so that it could be given to her daughter.
