This photo was taken by the Associated Press on Tuesday. An elderly woman was crossing the street in front of police officers as they held a section of the street in Kiev. Anti-government protests in the city recently turned violent. Police on Tuesday moved in on protesters camped out behind barricades. Demonstrators threw firebombs and rocks at the police.

So basically, this is one tough lady.
