Basketball Referee Knocked Out after Tossing Opening Tip (Video)

Basketball referee Rick Crawford was hit in the face with an elbow and had to be taken off the court on a stretcher after the opening tip off of the Vanderbilt vs. La Salle game at the Barclay’s center in Brooklyn. He was doing OK ten minutes later.
