She Endured Such Abuse By Previous Owners That All She’d Do Was Stare At The Wall

It’s almost too sad to think about what happened to this dog that made her so fearful of humans when rescuers found her.

Angel was abused so harshly that when she was first rescued, all she would do was stare at the wall. She didn’t want to look at any of the people who were trying to help her. She didn’t trust them anymore.

After trying for some time to cure her of her fears, shelter workers stumbled upon a solution…

They brought in another dog from the same pound Angel was in originally. Seemingly overnight, her disposition improved!

Thank goodness for the kind folks at PAWS Animal Rescue Ireland. Who knows what would have happened to Angel if they hadn’t come in to rescue this poor little pooch. Thankfully, all we have to wonder about is how much fun she’s having in her new forever home!
