    This guy has no clue what he’s doing and will eventually injure himself… he is getting zero benefit from this exercise as he’s doing it all wrong and using the wrong body parts… the incline bench press is supposed to target the muscle groups at the top of the chest and the shoulders… he isn’t even using them or at least not using them properly… additionally… using wrist wraps for incline bench? really?? That is a disaster waiting to happen…

    Was wondering about the wrist straps myself.Most people think it’s about the max weight and max reps. If you want real results lift less and take your time with each rep. Force the muscles to do the work all the way through. Letting momentum do the work is fine if you are on a job site, but in the gym the purpose is to work the muscles out!
