Judge John McBain got emotionally overheated at Carnia Gamet, a woman who received a life sentence in Michigan for the murder of her boyfriend two years ago.
1. During the sentencing this week, he said: “I hope you die in prison as well. If this were a death penalty state, you’d be getting the chair.”
