Bindi Irwin Has To Prove Her Dad Is Dead To Get ‘DWTS’ Contract Approved

CRIKEY! THAT’S ONE AWKWARD LEGAL MOUNTAIN OF DRAGON POO!

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge rejected a contract submitted by lawyers of Dancing with the Stars, forcing Bindi Irwin to find more ways to prove her father is actually dead.

SinceBindi, who is part of one of the final six duos competing on the show, is 17, her mother, Terri, must sign a contract forfeiting all money Bindi would potentially stand to make from the show.

The weird thing is, the judge is requiring the same release from Bindi’s father, late animal expert and TV personality Steve Irwin, which is kind of impossible without a shaman and a direct link to the underworld.

Until Steve also gives up his rights to the prize money, the judge said,

The court is unable to find that it is in the best interest of the minor to be bound by the terms of the contract.

TMZ reports over the eight weeks Bindi wason the show, she made $230,000, though that amount can jump to $360,000 if she stays on through week 11.

Now, there is a small chance the judge just may not be aware of Bindi’s fathers death and, thus, feels obligated to make sure the family is acting in Bindi’s best interest. But, Im going to continueassuming the real reason the judge wont approve the contract is because that judge is actuallyfive stingrays wearing a judges wig and a black robe.
