Of course you don’t cross a street when the light shows red. Even when no cars are around. Even when no kids are around. But when you have to catch your appointment and there is only a dog? Then feel free to show, that you have less manners than him… At least this russian dog demonstrated a better patience than the pedestrian who “crosses him”.
