There are only two things that scare me in this world: vampires and the people of Philadelphia. This prank combines both.
Basically, a guy with some creepy-ass contacts in his eyes and some realistic looking blood around his mouth stalked the streets of Philly, scaring the crap out of people.
Suffice it to say, the denizens of the City of Brotherly Love were not pleased when they ran into him on the street.
It might be a tad early for Halloween, but this guy is absolutely killing it.
