Katie Sunshine is a small time dancer from Arkansas. She was enjoying herself at the 30th Annual WinFest Music Festival when local band Willin-N-Able started to play, so she grabbed her hula-hoop and started to dance.
Someone saw she was talented and grabbed their camera. Now, the video has gone viral, garnering over 200,00 hits in just two days.
