In New York, Gov. Cuomo is considering allowing fracking. If I were him, I’d take a rain check. Just ask these people who are suffering from unintended consequences of fracking. The water at :17 is from what is theoretically a potable well. And the guy at :43, who breaks my heart, isn’t an actor (and neither is anyone else in this heartbreaking video.)
